| Correct me if I am wrong, but that 6th gear serves the same purpose as 5th in our gearboxes, it simply takes an extra shift to get there. It is still only one gear above the 1.000 gear. The way I see it, the only difference will be extra shifts below the 1.000 gear. On our cars that is 4th, on the Z33 it is 5th. Maybe that is the whole point? I am looking at this from the standpoint of lowering RPMs while in the top gear. Which I thought would be the knee-jerk appeal of a 6spd vs a 5spd.
"What a curiosity our new political correctness has made of our public spaces. Let your sex tape loose on the Internet and be rewarded with your own TV show; photograph a crucifix in a jar of urine and our museums will vie to exhibit it; occupy someone else’s property and you will be hailed by the president for your keen social conscience. But call people who blow up, behead, and mutilate, “savage” — and polite society will find you offensive." --Jared Silverman "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." --Winston Churchill "When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." --Benjamin Franklin "The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury." --George Washington END THE FED ....learn why, in 42 minutes Full Pardon for PFC Bradley Manning |
